Me and my wife have given fingerprints and photos to VFS office on 26th March 2019.
My wife is a primary applicant for PR and I am dependent.
After submitting biometrics, we both have received similar emails till the time the documents got to the high-commission.
Afterwords, on GC key login, it started showing my status with the biometric number and valid dates, but for my wife it still shows blank fields for biometric information, and a message of "we have not received your fingerprints" in the biometric section below.
Our last date for this submission was 30th March and we have submitted it before that. The local VFS office suggested me to raise a concern to High-commission in my country, which I did, but got the reply that they may reply or may not.
Please suggest if some one has a solution around it and where to enquire for the same.
