Biometrics issue please help

hi all, i have applied for my study permit online, in the abu dhabi VAC. I'm a tunisian citizen and live in bahrain. I recieved a letter saying i need to give my biometrics. My question is can I give my biometrics at any VAC or should it be abu dhabi? Because i need a visa to visit the Abu dhabi, which is a pretty hard and time consuming thing to do, so i booked a ticket to my country Tunisia to give my biometrics there, and shall i get an appointment or not? Thanks

Just take your Biometrics request letter to any VAC nearer to you and submit them you don’t need an appointment just walk-in

How come you received a Biometrics letter? I have a lot of Tunisian friends who didn't need to give biometrics. That's so weird!
