Biometrics in Different VAC

Hi guys,

My brother is applying for Study Permit to Canada. He is from Yemen and applying in Abu Dhabi VAC. He was requested to do his biometrics but the VAC was not specified.

My questions is: does he need to do his biometrics in Abu Dhabi VAC or can he go to a different VAC like in Egypt of Jordan?

The reason for that is since he is from Yemen, he needs a visa to go to Abu Dhabi but does not need a visa to go to either Egypt or Jordan.

As far as I understand, he needs to go to abu dhabi. Its better you email the VAC and get the details. They will guide you
