Biometrics instructions

Hey,

I'm applying visit visa for my Chinese mom living in united states
Submitted appliation 6/21 and paid 100 aplication fee.
Got request letter for biometrics fee on 6/28, paid and uploaded receipt same day.
Still haven't got biometrics instruction after that.. Is that normall, anyone know how long will it take to get instruction

Wait for 28-72 hours. Given the long weekend you should hear back tomorrow or day aftter

Tks, but I still got nothing..
I assume I cannot go for biometrics without instruction?
Anything I can do here?

Raise a webform against your application about this issue & try calling IRCC

Submitted webform, no response.

Called them, one agent said she will process it but it never happen.

Called again after 3 days, they said it's just over a week and ask me to wait as it may take weeks to process.

Frustrating...
