Biometrics Instruction letter NOT received

Hi,
There is a note in my updated status after they indicated Medicals Passed.
"We have not received your fingerprints ".
Biometrics request letter has not been sent to me.

Please, what should I do?

they will send it soon after usually although it says not required on GCkey
