I submitted my application on 20th July 2019 and the very next day I got a letter to get my biometrics done I did complete the same on 25th July 2019 and on 26th July when I logged into gckey account I could see there was an additional column for Applicant information stating my name applicant name, UCI, Application number, Date received, Biometrics number, Date of enrolment , Expiry date. Date of enrolment was 25th July 2019 and expiry date was 25th July 2029. A day later when I checked into account the principal applicant name, Date of enrolment, Date of expiry and enrolment was different. Consider it was a technical issue I reported the issue got no reply but after two days when I checked into my account the principal applicant name was correct as it was reflecting my name but surprisingly the biometrics number, enrolment date and expiry date are still different then what it was initially. Today August 2nd I have got my correspondence letter and it says that my biometrics is valid till 30th July 2029 when initially it was saying it is valid for 25th July 2029.
Now am not really sure what information to believe and why did all this information got changed specially the applicant name and enrolment number. Applicant name is not suppose to change whatever the stage of application is.
Anybody having any information? Please help.
