I need to get biometrics done for a non-LMIA Canadian work permit from the US, however, all USCIS Application Support Centers (ASCs) and Canadian Visa Application Centers (VAcs) are closed until further notice. Per IRCC website, I can not apply for work permit at the border post, so how do I go about it. My Canadian employer is insisting that I join them at the earliest.
