Biometrics for work permit

Hello,

I am a non-EU student in France, and I submitted an online application for a work permit (for a research internship). Now, I am back to my home country, and I was wondering if I can do Biometry in my home country while having my application by the center in France (mainly since they have shorter processing times)

Yes you can do biometrics in your home country but you also should update your change of address.
