I came to canada in 2015 and until today, IRCC website says that biometrics is valid for 10 years.
I recently applied for a TRV from inside Canada on the basis of having a PGWP. Today I received an email that I have to apply for biometrics??? But why? My biometrics should be valid until 2025. unless my maths is wrong. Why would IRCC ask for biometrics now? within 8y of my old biometrics?
Also the ircc website is not loading for me at all. I login and it just loops. anybody else having issue logging into ircc portal?
