Hi,
I am confused regarding to biometric validity letter. Recently i applied for study permit and got declined for some reason. Now I'm preparing for a new application. my previous visa consultant said he deleted biometric validity letter by mistake from their computer/email. Now looking for solution what to do? How can i get my biometric validity letter back? Should I go to VAS or contact CIC? What are the possible ways to get it back?

You can get the biometric validity from cic...wen did yu apply for your visa..kindly indicate the dates

Yes, cic biometric online tool shows 10 year validity from my last application date. But i want to know do i really need that letter for apply again?

When did yu apply your visa..

The agent is a cheat. If you login to the CIC website, the details of every single application are available over there. It also contains all the files you have submitted and all the communication sent by them.

The biometrics details are shown in the top right along with expiry date. The agent is a fraud.
