I have re-applied new visitor visa as my parents had a visa previously and due to old passport expired the visa expired ,
Their Biometrics are still valid as it was given for 10 years so valid until 2029
Now when i submitted new application for visa i paid for providing new biometric so they will get visa until expiration of the new passport .
On portal i got Biometrics Collection Letter and under
Biometric section it shows as follows
Also their old passport and new passport has name differences and that i mentioned while applying but The Biometric Collection letter still shows the old names instead of new !
I have mentioned the name changes reason letter with self attested copy signed by my parents that can clarify the doubts of the Visa officer
My goal is to get full term visitor visa so i don't have to reapply after 2029 once their old biometrics expire.
So can someone explain me this current situation !
