I have found two emails will share the link with you can you ask your agent on which we should contact and will it be helpful, as my agent is not picking up.

I sent an email with my application number to info.canada@vfshelpline.com and also to delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca and delhi@international.gc.ca. I got an automated confirmation from delhiimmigration that my email have been received. I hope I got positive response from one of these or they post BIL in account soon.
