I applied for a family application(tourist visa) for my parents on 12th May, My dad who is the principal applicant got his Biometric letter instructions on 13th May and the UCI number got generated but not for my mom. Neither did she get her BIL or UCI.
Closest Visa center(for biometric) is about 5-6 hrs. from. their home so it will be tough for them visit twice.
I have raised webforms twice but nothing has changed since.
I am not sure whether to wait or book dad's appointment.
