Biometric Instruction Letter

Well I am confused now. I strongly suggest you contact your local visa office to work through this so you do not run into a problem later.

I contacted them at question@cic.gc.ca and I received automatic response from them telling me that we will reply to you after 30 days. While my biometric instruction letter will expire in less than 4 weeks.

is this there email address or there is another email to contact them.

Did you receive the letter from CIC in Canada or from a local visa office? There must have been an e-mail address, telephone number or postal address on some of the communications they have sent you so far. Hunt them down.
