I hope someone can help me. I am trying to apply for my PGWP extension -BY PAPER (due to passport expiration) since Aug 2019. By October, it got rejected because I did not pay the Open Work Visa.
On December 3rd (when Biometric started to be a requirement) I reapplied with $100 (OWP) +85 (Biometric). A few days later, they sent me an email saying that I need to fax the payment and I did and after that, they said that I did not pay for the Biometric (and I again paid for $85 - duplicated)
Today is Jan 17th, exactly a month to my PGWP expiration and I did not receive any instruction letter. In addtion, I move to another house and I am concern that the letter went missing. Finally, I called CIC 5x and they don't know how to help me.
Does anyone know how long it is taking to arrive to mail?
