Biometric collection letter not received

Hi,
I applied for a study permit on Jan 23 for a post grad program at ubc, it's been 3 days almost and I haven't recieved a biometric instructions letter. What are the options available with me? I paid the biometric fees along with the application.

Where are you applying from?? I applied on 23rd December and Got my Biometric instruction letter on 27th Dec . I applied in India.

I am from India as well.. I applied thru the gc key portal.

Just wait for 2-3 days...Check if your UCI number has been created and updated on Portal. Mine was updated on 26th and then the got the instruction letter the next day itself.

It's a post grad dip in accounting program, unfortunately I think I need an attestation letter, altough in the earlier version of the website it said I don't.. Its the only program related to accounting ubc has.. I was going to put in my file on 22nd itself but owing to me still working on my documentation, I did it on 23 after consulting the website. I am in so much confusion.
