Biometric appointment from vfs - issue

Hello All
We are working on getting our parent's PR (based in India) and they recently received request for submitting biometric application. And when we are trying to book an appointment through vfs I am not able to select any dates. Did anyone have similar problems while booking for biometric appointment at vfs ? The website says booking appointments can be done online only but on the portal its not allowing to select the dates.

Hi,
I did try for my husband today and didn't get any dates for this month. Try for the next month where the dates would be highlighted in green. I did get a later date which is after the 30 days said in the BIL.

Same issue has happened with a few friends of mine who have applied for their spouse's biometrics and when they raised webforms, IRCC has responded that it wouldn't be an issue even if you submit biometrics after the date given in the BIL. So, I am hoping it wouldn't be an issue even if the biometrics is done on the next available date.

You could always clarify by calling IRCC or raise a webform. But I would suggest to book for the next available date. Green means available and white is unavailable.
