Asked him to request a schengen visa through travel agency for this winter and have a short trip to Germany and after that will apply for him. hopefully will work
No. I email the Ankara office but I receive reply from CPC Ottawa. They said the application is waiting for an officer to review it. I guess his application will be reject due to the purpose of visit and competition date.
I dont think they will wait that long to reject base on the date of competition, because office could do it now without checking anything. Seems like they do not care about the date and evaluate each case regardless of these dates.
We just recieve the corespinse letter which shows his biomatrics validity on the cic account. I think he is rejected becuase for my sister application, she recieved the ppr and cor letter together.
Last time also he recieve his biomartics validity first and then after 3 days his refusal.
Do you know your brother correspeondance letter of biomatrics eligibility issued from which office and how many days take you to recieve the rejection letter?
They applied on August 15th and got the rejection letter on September 14th. I dont know about the correspondence letter since the application was with the lawyer.
Seems like getting the correspondence letter one day before the final decision letter is not always end up as a rejection. don't panic

Yah. Same place sent the correspondance of my brother today. Did the refusal also came same day or the next day?
First time we applied by ourselves and get the refusal letter one day after correspondence letter but for the second time one of the well known lawyer in Montreal handled the case and I dont know when he got the correspondence letter.
However the lawyer and us both got the same result I just waste 2000$ for lawyer fees.
Yes. Same with us. Last time we applied, the letter cane 2 days before refusal thats why im pretty sure his TRV application didnt approve.
No.... Recieved the correspondance letter yesterday at 3pm and nothing after that. However im 99% sure its refusal letter i will recieve but still looking for the result every mins
) I serch here and it seems if the application approved the PPR will follow right after correspon. If this it doesnt come the same time them most probebly its refusal for 98% of applications.Please pray for him to get approval.
