Dear sir,

I have applied for my wife , kid and my self and I am main applicant for visit visa, but only my wife received biomatric letter, iam still waiting for my and my son's letter.
Can I schedule appointment for my wife and we all can give finger prints,
When can I receive biomatric letters for my self amd my child

This looks like a serious problem. If your family did not receive the requests simultaneously, it means that your case has been divided into separate parts considering each of you separately.
