Biodata form - how to send it back

Hello guys,
I am sorry for possible spamming as this question has already been discussed here. I have received the Biodata form. However, I cannot fill it online to send it directly to cic. I've searched the backlog and found that this used to be printed out, filled, scanned and sent back as attachment. Is it still the way of how to handle it?

I copied the table, pasted it in my response. Then filled it in and replied to the original email.

Thank you guys for all your suggestions. I have copy it in word, filled it in and then paste back in the body of e-mail.
