My daughter (minor) study permit extension been refused and they are requesting below information:
If a parent has accompanied you to Canada, please provide bio data information and documentation indicating your parent is eligible to remain in Canada to the date of your request.
Last year my daughter study permit granted based on my wife's visitor visa and we didn't opt for custodianship, as my daughter stayed with her mother(who is in visit visa). However this time though we provided all the particulars, they refused twice.
Please help me about the bio data information and other relevant documents to be provieded
