Is there more benefits in bilingual (French) education from elementary?

Being exposed to both of Canada's official languages from childhood offers several advantages, especially if you are in the national capital region where the federal government places emphasis on bilingualism for permanent employees. If you are speaking English in the home and sending your children to French elementary school then they will be able to grow their communication skills in both languages. The younger they are, the easier this will be for them.

Honestly, in my own experience born and raised in English Canada with exposure to French from a young age, it has only been an advantage for me.
