I applied for study permit on 5th November from India but didn't received BIL yet

Spring 2026 is May. You are applying for January 2026 that starts in 6 weeks. Look at deferring. Passport stamping can take up to 30 days. Factor in holidays if you don't get response by mid December. Raise a webform. If doing a PhD may get faster processing.

When did you send the webform because it can take up to 30 days. Did you apply yourself or with a consultant. If consultant, get them involved. Not in spam folder? You have to consider deferring with processing and passport stamping times.

On November 11th and My consultant had raised webform but she told me to wait sometime..

So nothing you can do if you have raised a webform. Can take up to 30 days to be read by an officer. Talk to school about possibly deferring and last date to start classes.

You are not going to be ready to start in January even if everything does smoothly. Agree you need to be aiming for Spring or fall start date.
