BIL before MEP

Hi,

I have applied for EE under PNP, AOR 25th March.
I received BIL, but my Medical says - They are reviewing it.

Is this is normal? Cause everyone else get BIL and MEP at the same time.

If I want to check the status or process, where I can call or email? Raise a webform?

My AOR is June 8, but I am in the same situation as you. Got my BIL, but no MEP.
How did the situation work out for you?
