respected seniors,
i am quebec selected & have a valid visa till 29 may (with medical surveillance) but presently i can't stay in canada more than 45 days,
as per immi gration law , whwn we land in canada we are to give adress of any our known person, where immigation officer send our pr card.
my questions are-
my known person can send pr card by post in my home country.
can i attend medical servllence formalities on next visit.

Hello Qsw,

Well, I think yes, your friend can send you the PR to your country. Just pay extra attention to get it couriered carefully.

Once you enter at POE, the officer will get you the Medical Surveillence Undertaking Form IMM0535B which you have to carry for your scheduled visit which is identified in the form itself. This date will be entered in your CAIPS record. Now I couldn't find anywhere if a timeline is predetermined, since it depends on the medical case (S1, S2), hence you might, upon arrival agree with the POE Officer or during your first visit to agree on the timelines of visits to make it consistent with your second travel date.
