Two years back had business loss in one of the middle east country. Ran away to my home town with bad debts. Will it affect our BGC for Canada PR?

If the debt is a criminal charge in that country, and if it shows up on your police certificate, then it may. If it's merely a civil matter and your police check is clear, then it won't.
