BGC not Applicable

hello everyone my BGC in GCkey change from “In progress” to “Not Applicable “ what does is means?since 2weeks now till now is not applicable I received pre arrival on Sept 5.any idea or experience for this not applicable BGC.im just worried .thank you

For my parents background check was marked as "not required" for some days, then pre-arrival services letter was sent and status chanded to "we are processing your background check" and request for some additional docs was sent. So there are 2 options: either they do not need to do the background check or it is just an interim status and it will change when they actually start the background check.

Status updates are different for everyone, but you can be sure a background check will be performed nonetheless.
