BG check changed from "Not Started" to "In Progress"

Hi folks,

I'm a FSW-Outland applicant with July 1st AOR. Last notes generated a month ago, our office was CPC-Ottawa. Today our BG check changed from not started to in progress. Any idea what that usually means? Anyone has any previous experience with this? I know that usually BG check changed from Not Started to Not Needed - but this is the first time I see this sequence.

not common for outland applicants but happened for me, bg in progress for 6 months till copr.

Thanks MrTee. Was your not Started? Mine was not started from few days after AOR (July 5th) until yesterday!
