If you want to remain in Canada, you will have to find a employer with job offer to apply for LMIA. Once you obtain LMIA, then you can apply to change your status from student to work. But easier said than done, LMIA is proven difficult to obtain which is why most employers aren't willing to go through the process.

Did you try to look into Quebec experience class or Canada experience class? Are you anywhere close to graduating? How many years have you stayed and how much work experience do you have? All of those count so you should start familiarizing yourself with different immigration programs.

Thanks for the reply, I have been in Canada for 1 year and this is my second semester in school. I have worked for 10 months.

I will try LMIA but is that the only option,Can I have work permit without this option.

Thanks

No you can't
And if you are in Canada as a full time student, your work doesn't count for Canada Experience Class

Yes there is one option to get work permit without Lima. But only if you are fluent at French and you can prove it. If yes check for mobility fracophone. Just attention in that case your job has to be outside Quebec

Thanks for the response.

Can I putin for french class and after the completion of the program then seek for job outside Quebec?

Am glad to have options.

Thanks a lot.

It'll take long time to start a foreign language from scratch and become fluent . You are probably looking at 1 year at a minimum with constant practice to achieve decent fluency.

Cann you not borrow the money to continue your studies and pay back once school is over, presuming you will secure a job in your domain by then...Not ideal as you’ll have debt but if it works in keeping you in Canada....

Thanks for the reply.

That’s cool but I don’t have any idea where to borrow such money.

Thanks
