Better chances of getting study permit if my current employer wants to take me back after my course?

Hi,
I'm working in TCS, India. I have an option to take a sabbatical for studying abroad.
My employer wants to take me back after my study. Does this mean I have stronger ties back home ?
Does this increase my visa chances ? If yes, how do I make sure the VO knows about this ?
