Best way to view the sponsorship ocstatus when using a representative

hi my dear friends, I hired a representative for my spouse sponsorship but he is very lazy. I can't link my application to my account and using the Gckey for the detail status due to the representative hiring. The information on the online tool looks too simple and not uptodate. The PA is outland and processing in HKong visa office,so we can't use the phone service for the detail status. Any idea?
