Best way to send requested Permanent Residence documents

I received the request to send photographs and a prepaid envelope to Ottawa to get my PR landing documents. What is the best way to do this? I went into a UPS Store, and they said they could not do what I needed. Should I use UPS, or FedEx? UPS is much cheaper.

If UPS said it isn’t possible not sure you really have much of an option.

I should have been more specific. The UPS store said that they could not ship it, but it I could do it myself from the web site.

As long as it is possible you can select whatever courier you want.

Just FYI for anyone who might be in the same situation:

I tried using the UPS web site, but could not get a return label generated with an origin in Canada. So it appears FedEx is the only option for applicants living in the USA.

On the FedEx website, you will need to login, then create a Fedex billing account. Use the option to print/generate a return label.
