Best way to send passport after online notification

Hi guys,

I have applied online for TRV on 04-20-2013. Today I got a notification asking to send the original passport. But there is no information on what post is the best way to send it. Can you give me any reference on where to search this information or tell me what type of post I need to use to send it. Also what type of postage envelope I should place in the cover for return of passport, I mean for faster return. Any help would be really appreciated...

Does request for original passport always mean visa acceptance or still they can reject visa after this stage?

You need to click on "click here to open message" underneath the message notification in your CIC account. The proceedure is listed there and you need a copy of the message.

Make sure to attach the copy of the message when you mail your passport.

I got the address. But just to double check the New York consulate address. Is this the address of the New York Consulate?
