Best way to send additional proof

I would like to send additional proof of my sponsor's intention of moving back to Canada. We were not requested to do so, we just thought if we send it now, it will avoid any delays later on (in case the VO asks for more).

What is the best way to send further proof? By email or snail mail? Should we make a case specific inquiry and attach the scanned documents, or should we mail it to them?

P.S. we are actually expecting for the VO to ask for more proof, since we didn't have a job offer from Canada to include when we sent off the application.

I wouldn't send anything without Vienna asking for it but if you want to send more proof I would send it by email.
If they want it by mail they will let you know
