Best way to call girl friend on Visitor Visa

About me: I am on Work Permit expiring in July 2021 and right now working full time. Before that, my PR application will be in the process. Hence I'll be on BWOP.

About her: She is in her last year of the MBA program in India and will get the job in 2 - 3 months through campus placements.

Situation: We are in relation for 10 years. We haven't seen each other since I came to Canada. So now I was planning for a vacation with her but a thought came to my mind that why not, if possible, let me call her here only. So we plan to get married soon and I want to show her how beautiful and exciting country Canada is. And her birthday is also there in June so kind of want to celebrate together.

Any tips/ suggestions how can I make this possible? Or is this possible even?

Additional info: I live with my brother and he is a permanent resident of Canada.

1) she will need to be exempt from current travel restrictions. Right now she isn't.
2) she will need to qualify and apply for a TRV.
3) she could try to immigrate on her own merits.
4) she can wait until you get PR, get married, and then you can sponsor her as a spouse (unless you have been common-law before).
