One supporting doc relates to multiple forms questions and cited in the additional sheets to answer those questions. Do we attach this supporting doc to each additional sheet?

I have this problem with Several of my supporting docs (they relate to more than one answer)
For example:
I am writing an explanation for lack of Notice of Assessment/Option C and the explanation letter asks the visa officer to see attached "proof".

This same proof is also cited in another explanation sheet as well "proof of sponsor's intent to relocate to canada after applicant is granted PR".

Should each explanation sheet have its on bunch of supporting docs (duplication) ? Or should their be a single bunch of supporting docs and we ask the visa officer in our answers to look for the supporting docs in the bunch.

I submitted the 'old' pack back in June 2016 and got my wife CoPR in December 2016 via London.

Even in the old pack (especially in the old pack??) there seemed to be such duplication. I simply attached or explained things once (usually on separate attachments that I correctly headed up and signed and dated. Then in questions on other forms which wanted duplicate information / attachments, I simply wrote 'please refer to the XXXXXXXXX already submitted under form IMMXXXX elsewhere in this pack'.

Worked for me and I think a fairly standard approach.

I also only attached things once to whichever form they required them most. If they were also relevant to another section/form I wrote a brief note to see the the item attached to form X.
