Best time for submitting visa application?

Hello guyz , am planning to apply for a student visa and Inshallah i wil get my ielts done at the end of may and hopefully i will get college letter at the end of june. Now what do u guyz think shud i rush and apply for september session or shud i go smooth n a cool way and apply for january session? Am kindda confused. Is there any difference in success rate if u apply for different session . . . THNX GUYZ

there's no such thing as success rate , as long as funds are good and the vo is satisfied u will return back, then visa will be issued. There are deadlines however under each session indicated by CIC , it is advised that one submit their app before that

Why r you wasting your time. Why not sitting for Ielts in April. Get your offer letter by mid June. Apply for fall semester by end of June . July and august is enough time for your visa processing.
