Destination Canada and Manulife are the most popular ones. Destination Canada , cheaper , but provides same coverage as Manulife. Manulife has better customer service and claims process. One insurance agent told me that he recommends Manulife for pregnant women and people with per-existing conditions and to others he recommends Destination Canada since it's cheaper.
