My friend is 44 years old.
He is Lebanese.
He lives in Guinea-Conakry (Africa) with his family.
He is Married.
He has 2 minor kids and one Canadian daughter who will turn 18 very soon.
They speak fluent French and a little bit English.
He has a great deal of money and assets for investment.
He and his family would like to move to Canada and invest here.
His Canadian daughter will pursue her studies in Canada.

1/ Quebec Investment program QIIP (if he can prove source of fund 2 million CAD + invest to Quebec government 1.2 million in 5 years without interest)
