please guys I need to know the best possible way to secure a Canadian visa as an international student from Africa and also a way for a normal immigration.

First, you need to be accepted to a designated learning institution.

If it's in Quebec, apply for a CAQ, then for a study permit. The requirements are all online. Processing times are pretty long these days.

You will need to prove that you have at least C$11,000 to support yourself, and that you will return home after graduation. Many applications from Africa are rejected for these reasons.
