There is no "best month" as such. However a churn in jobs tends to be in late Spring and early Summer, if my company is anything to compare with.

Thanks for your kind reply. Sorry that I live in HK and the season is quite different from Toronto. Late Spring and early Summer maybe is from May to Jul?
