Really? Those who know how to use search-engines seem to be those who are ahead of everyone else = smarter.

Generally indeed.ca is your best bet but i say it depends on which field you are in because there are some sites that will boost your chances coz everybody would instantly be looking on indeed but companies with a specific specialty would post on a provincial organization website.

No. why would they? These sites aren't employers. Only employers can apply for LMO and only CBSA/CIC can issue work permits.
