Hi, I have recently completed a double major in Marketing & Management from an Australian Affiliated College in my country (Sri Lanka). The Affiliated Australian University is Edith Cowan University.

I'm currently 29 years old and have an average IELTS score of 7.5 with around 7.0 for each band, I can do better if the need arises. What is my best chance of entering Canada and obtaining Permanent Residency there? Any constructive feedback is always welcome. :)

You should look into applying for PR under express entry. It's a points based system - so you should increase your IELTS score if you can. You'll need to have at least one year of full time paid work experience to qualify. You can find the details here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

Yes I have tried this. But I'm very confused. For the Express Entry to work I need more than 68 points (?). Once I obtain more than that how does the process work? Do I still need a valid Canadian Job offer? Once I enter Canada through Express Entry what happens then?

If Express Entry does not work for me. What are the other ways I can Enter Canada and obtain my PR there?

It sounds like you need to spend more time researching and understanding the Express Entry immigration program. You need a minimum of 67 points under the FSW point structure to apply. However whether you are selected will depend on how many points you score under the Express Entry points system. You want to score at least 430 points under EE to have a good chance of being selected.

A job offer is not needed. Again, you need to spend more time researching. Or alternatively hire a lawyer to help you.

Yes - Canada has other immigration programs. The details for those programs are in the link I provided above.
