what are the different PR benefits .?
Are benefits different for immigrants on students visa as compared to those for immigrants via PR?if yes which are those ?

I want to study a 1 year MIR course from queens university, as well as apply for PR. Is there any order to these applications that is better than another ?

People on students visa are not exactly immigrants. They are temporary residents and subject to renew their status. The order depends on what you are.

In general, PR students pay domestic tuition which is more cheaper than those on student visa.

You need to do some basic research about immigration programs. Would you qualify for PR now? Many students apply for PGWP to try to obtain PR.
