Hi,
1) I took LINC in Bowvalley College last April 2013 and got ESL benchmarks of 6.0 (as of 2013). Is this enough as proof of language requirement in applying for canadian citizenship?
2) My husband was an engineer back home (a degree/diploma holder) and had his transcript 100% in english language. Does he need to take English language test in applying for Canadian Citizenship?
I need a clarification on this. Thank you.
