When did you receive the email that your file has been transferred to beirut embassy and what did it say.
And how long after that did you have to wait before they asked you for police certificate?

I had received an email before 2 month ago that i need to renew my police certificate, and it should be sent to the Beirut embassy in Jal El Dib, when i go to deliver it, i ask the employee their about my application status and he told me that my application now is in Lebanon and they are waiting for the result of security check.

Yes, i received this file number in the title of the email that was send to me on July 22, can i use this Number to track my application status in Beirut embassy

I just got accepted for a job in Dubai, and they are sending me a work permit.

Does anyone know if that will affect my case? Will it delay my application if i lived in another country?

You can continue your application normally without any issue in your process, and if you start working in Dubai you need 6 months after the VISA is stamped in your passport from Dubai to get a police certificate from Dubai.
For now you don't need to provide the Canadian embassy in Beirut with your new address until you continue the 6 months in Dubai so you can issue a police certificate from UAE.

But how long you need to Work in UAE before you get your Canadian VISA? please take into consideration all the rules related to your new work in UAE.

In my opinion you don't want to inform the embassy now, because suppose you stopped your work in UAE before 6 months, what happen in the case. maybe if you talk to the Canadian embassy in Beirut that you have changed your address you need to provide them with a police certificate from Dubai Police, so you need to wait 6 months to get it.

If you want try to ask the embassy about your situation and please let me know what they told you, you can pass to the embassy office in Beirut to get your answer quickly.

what i mean about my question is :suppose you are working in UAE now and you get an email from the embassy in Beirut to submit your passport and for an interview what do you want to do in this case?
