Being sponsored by a stepsister

Hello,
My stepsister is a canadian citizen for decades and I want to immigrate to Canada.Can she sponsor me? Keem in mind I am an adult. If she can not sponsor me, can I be adopted by her mother here in Romania, and then be sponsored as a brother (if I was adopted as an adult)?
Please help. I do not have enough points for express entry.

family-based sponsorship for adults does not work in Canada. i have a sister, she's 25 years old and even I cannot sponsor her.

No, your step sister can't sponsor you.
Also you can't be adopted since you're not a child. Even if you could, you're too old to be sponsored since you aren't a dependent.

You need to work at improving your education or work experience to qualify to immigrate independently through an economic stream as that is your only option.
