Being asked to pay the biometric fee when all family members have valid biometrics in the system

My parents have already given their biometrics for their visit visa applications. Those biometrics are valid till 2026. However, for the PGP application, there are asking for paying the biometrics fee. Do I need to get the biometrics done again?
