So I came in enrolled as a student in computer programming and analysis(3 year program) and completed 2 semesters successfully but in the 3rd semester I wasn’t able to clear 2 main courses which were pre-requisite for the 4the semester, adding 1 year to my study.
I had an option to move to different campus and almost same program but was 2 years. So I transferred my credits there and due to credit transfers and completing all the gen-ed courses, they didn’t have any courses to give me in fall, resulting to be a part time student with 1 course and I was full time student again in the winter. So what should be done in this case? And what are the chances of getting approval on this? I do have valid email, chats as a proof that I wanted to be a full time student but didn’t have any choice

You can only be part time the last semester. Nothing to do now if already completed a PT semester. Why didn't you have a choice? Your choice is to take gen-ed credits to maintain full time status.

I came in summer, so I started with “0” semesters so I did 5 gen-Ed’s and also 1 more in the middle, I do have mails and conversations stating that they don’t have courses to give

So there were no courses at all. Get letter from school that there were no courses available at all, even gen-ed.
