Hello,
I am an illustrator / graphic animator from Turkey. I have years of experience in that field but only as a skilled worker. However, my occupation is not on "skilled worker immigration" eligibility list.
So, I want to apply as a self employed immigrant. I read the info in Canada consulate site, they say that one should have at least 2 years of experience in the field, in last 5 years, AS a self employed person.
I have been selling my illustrations on microstock sites (online image bank sites) and getting some earnings since 2006. Can this activity be considered as an eligible job for application of self employed immigration?
I am confused, I would be happy if some of you can help me.
Best Regards.

If you have been making a high income from microstock for the past two years, then it may be possible. Otherwise - no.
